I'm so sad. My WoW khakis brought Kan_i to eat the famous Black Pepper Crab at Joo Chiat and here I am still stuck at work. They have been there since 5pm Crying or Very sad

each time they pull up a cage or "pot", it's hundreds of the things... about 300 to 400 crabs...

nice...

pepper crab is overrated.. so is chilli crab.. good crab, all you do is steam it Wink

Actually my fav crab is oven-baked crab plain with no sauce seasoning or anything.

I like it just baked so it is overflowing with juices still or maybe bake it with garlic and it's great too.

somehow, baking it will make the meat stick to the shell..
